The Penthouse

An exquisite 3 storey Penthouse Apartment with panaramic views overlooking Cowes, Harbour and Marina bought as a holiday home with four double bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room, dining area, snooker room and three bathrooms. A ‘turn-key’ project to including everything down to sheets and towels. 
All the artwork is by well acclaimed Artists chosen carefully to be shown to its best advantage at the same time enhancing and complimenting each room’s individual design scheme. Various pieces of furniture, glass and sculpture were commissioned. The vast sitting room with panoramic views over the Solent and Cowes had enough space to include the Dining area, allowing the dining room to become the snooker room. The maple furniture was designed with diamond inlay to match the snooker table. The colour scheme in various shades of blues and cream followed through to the colour scheme in the Sitting room was which was designed to capture the various tones of blues and greens reflected by the sea, including the specially commissioned Isle of Wight Glass lamps and bowls. The interiors were designed by Sue  to compliment the Contemporary style of the building. The four separate balconies with their chrome balustrades were furnished with teak and chrome furniture and chrome planters in various shapes and sizes, planted with Topiary and palms.
